This dish came together quite easily the other day when I was craving something warm and
filling for breakfast. I used apples and blueberries because it was what I had in the fridge, but you could use any fruit that suits your fancy. I would imagine a combination of mixed berries might be pretty fantastic!
1C ground almonds (or store bought almond flour)
1C oatmeal (I used gluten free oats)
5Tb brown rice syrup
2Tb coconut oil
pinch of salt
2-3 apples - peeled and cubed
1C - blueberries
1Tb brown rice syrup
