This granola is my mainstay when it comes to snacking. So easy to make, high in fiber, low in fat, and tasty all the way.
Feel free to add any other ingredients that you see fit - such as nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, or dried fruit. I like to first make my granola plain to store, and then add what I feel like when I am ready to eat. Hope you like it!
