For those of you who eat eggs, here is a terrific low carb healthy bread alternative to those filled with preservatives and processed flours. Again, I always look to buy organic and the least processed ingredients I can fine. This bread is so delicious toasted, and with homemade almond butter or pure fruit preserves!
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and set aside; in a small bowl mix egg whites until stiff peaks form; in a separate bowl combine egg yolks with coconut oil and coconut sugar; add egg whites to the egg yolk mixture and mix until smooth; add flour mixture to the egg mixture and combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pour mixture into a parchment lined bread pan; cook for approximately 30-35min or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
