I'm almost embarrassed to post this BUT... soooo many people ask me how to make peanut butter, and IT'S SO EASY! I tell them this but perhaps a short little video will convince them ;-) ENJOY!
BTW - when you are using peanuts or cashews you do not need to add any oil. These nuts themselves, or legumes (technically a peanut is a legume), produce enough of their own oils to make the texture creamy. However, if you would like to make almond butter, do the same process but add a bit of coconut oil. This will make the butter creamy. I usually start with a couple tablespoons and go from there. Experiment, and have fun!
This almond milk recipe is super quick and easy. I usually make a double batch to have on hand because we use alternative milks practically everyday. In this video I added a touch of pure vanilla extract but you don't have to use anything at all. You can add flavoring as you go, depending on what you are using the almond milk for. Enjoy!

BTW I always put a lot of optional ingredients in my smoothies like chlorella, spirulina, maca, and more. If you are just beginning with smoothie making, do not even worry about these ingredients. Just use the basics and incorporate these super foods when you're ready. xx
This recipe is so quick and easy to make. Have your 'pasta' ready to go in minutes. Much healthier than regular pasta and you can add any topping of your choice. Here I added pesto sauce made with fresh basil, pine nuts, sun dried tomatoes and olive oil. Enjoy!
