I have been asked to make salad dishes with this dressing on countless occassions. It's quick and easy to make with no added oils! We tend to not eat a lot of fat in my family, unless it's coming from healthy sources like nuts, seeds, and avocados, so I don't like to use a lot of processed oils when cooking. This dressing is a good one because so many of the commercial dressings are littered with rancid oils and other unhealthy filler ingredients.
