As a Lifestyle Medicine Nurse and a Nutrition and Wellness Educator, Dawn works with clients who are wanting to transition to a healthier lifestyle. Dawn educates clients on the importance of disease prevention and has helped clients, not just lose weight or come into their own weight naturally, but she has helped those struggling with more serious and chronic conditions such as cancer, diabetes, and IBS. Dawn enjoys helping clients improve their nutrition and dietary choices and assists them in developing and maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle long term. She believes one must look at the whole person, not just diet, to find sustaining health, wellness, and a thriving lifestyle.
