I have been asked to make salad dishes with this dressing on countless occassions. It's quick and easy to make with no added oils! We tend to not eat a lot of fat in my family, unless it's coming from healthy sources like nuts, seeds, and avocados, so I don't like to use a lot of processed oils when cooking. This dressing is a good one because so many of the commercial dressings are littered with rancid oils and other unhealthy filler ingredients. You can use this dressing on all kinds of salads or as a dip for fresh veggies. Enjoy! xx
