Many of you have expressed you would like to try a vegan or plant based diet but get nervous and stuck on how to get started. You worry about getting enough nutrients or
getting enough protein (that's a big question), or how to cook plant based.

Questions pop up like what do I eat or what are my options? And what the heck are some of those crazy vegan food items  in the grocery store or posted on peoples social media? What supplements do I take? Do I NEED to take supplements? What about dairy? What about carbs? High fat? Low fat? High carb or low carb? 
There are many ways to go plant based and trying to decide which one is the best way for you can be quite daunting. 

Well the good news is, starting in just a few weeks, I will be doing my first ever Virtual Online Group Program to help anyone interested in transitioning to a plant based diet get started. We will talk about what it means to go plant based, or vegan, for your health and for the environment, as well as I will give you specific steps to get you on your way. I will show you how I transitioned myself to a plant based diet, as well as how I helped some of my clients transition over. People progress at different rates, some will choose to go plant based overnight while others will choose to do it more slowly. I say whatever you are comfortable with, there is no judgement here.

We will talk about nutrition and the quality of our food as well as anything else you'd like to ask me. This is the time for you to pick my brain as we chat and support each other toward building a healthier lifestyle.
For 4 weeks, I will be here to support you and guide you toward a healthier lifestyle.
