Now THIS is my newest go to breakfast. I have been making this dish for me and my guy for I think about a week straight. The great thing is, this is the basic recipe. From there you can modify
it however you see fit. I've added nuts, chocolate chips, and I have even turned it into a chocolate bake by adding cacao. You will love the ease of this recipe, and because its so quick, you can make a fresh one everyday, so it will feel like you are eating a decadent breakfast treat every morning. Warm, soft, DELICIOUS!
2Tb ground flax seed
1C oatmeal flakes
2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp sea salt
1 ripe banana
2Tb peanut butter (or any other kind of nut butter - no extra oil or sugar added)
2Tb pure maple syrup
vegan chocolate chips (optional)
