Dawn Dunkin is a Lifestyle Medicine Nurse and Wellness Educator teaching people how to prevent, treat, and even reverse disease through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as a whole-food diet, regular physical activity, adequate sleep and more. She is a certified member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is proud to be working in the fastest-growing field of medicine. Dawn’s approach is to address the underlying cause of disease rather than just its symptoms - symptoms that too often get addressed with ever-increasing amounts of pills and procedures.
Dawn is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and has studied hundreds of dietary theories. She believes food is medicine, and in order to prevent disease, increase longevity, and ultimately change the focus of our healthcare system from a sick care model to a true wellness and health care model, we all need to be mindful of what we are putting on our forks. Dawn works with clients throughout the country and has developed programs helping to improve the health of those serious about lifestyle change. She enjoys guest speaking and has presented her message to a number of businesses and corporations, including the Los Angeles Unified School District, the National Charity League, and Whole Foods. |

Just did Dawn's 5-Day Rejuvenation Diet for the second time and I feel great!
